Ubisoft : Ubisoft Purchase Brasilian Game Developer

The cold wave in the financial crisis, the U.S. gaming giant EA shut down the company laid off another branch, but it seems Ubisoft rival companies on the situation much better. The French-based game developers & publishers not layoffs, but stepped up the pace of acquisitions. It is clear at this time to buy is absolutely able to deal more reasonable prices. Ubisoft appears to play a good small abacus.

Ubisoft family is the newest member of Brazil's oldest independent game developers Southlogic Studios. The studio had previously co-operation with Ubisoft, when development is NDS game "fantasy: wedding designer" (Imagine: Wedding Designer). After the completion of the acquisition, Southlogic Studios will remain in Porto Alegre, Brazil (porto alegre) office, but staffing Ubisoft Sao Paulo will vest in the company.
